About the role
You’ll be working with a range of existing clients, building relationships and helping them to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for planning any work that is needed. Completing some of it yourself and scheduling design, development or marketing support will also be part of your role.
You'll be the main point of contact for your clients and represent them within the business. This requires great communication skills, being meticulously organised and having the capability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
We are looking for someone who is willing to get involved in different areas of the business. You will be the calming voice at the end of the phone when a client needs help quickly. You will also help to manage their websites and will be expected to work both strategically and tactically.
You will report to our Senior Account Manager and you will also work alongside our Marketing, Design and Development teams. We are flexible and can help to shape the role into something that works for both you and us. And there are lots of opportunities to learn and grow in your career here.
The size and number of clients you work with will depend on the level you join the company at. If you have a proven track record in Account Management the more senior role may be the right fit for you. But if not, don’t worry, we’ll work with you to help you grow and progress in your role and in your career at webdna.

We’re based in the Lace Market area of Nottingham, but you don’t need to be. The team is a mix of full-time in the office, fully remote and everything in between. We encourage people to work from where they work best. Wherever that may be.
Be the main contact for your clients and will be their daily contact for all questions, advice and updates.
Manage client jobs from initial enquiries to reporting results once it is live.
Work with our in-house Development Team to ensure that all required development work takes place how and when required.
Check that any new website or functionality works as it should and matches the brief and the designs.
Work alongside the team to schedule work and ensure everyone's deadlines are met.
Build great relationships with both clients and the team to ensure that opportunities are spotted and capitalised on.
Help make sure the business is running smoothly, being involved in prioritising the right things for the business
Be involved with business growth, analysing current activities and providing recommendations for growth.
At the more senior level, you’ll also be assisting with pitching for new business.
The successful candidate will;
Be able to manage your own time efficiently as well as work with colleagues to manage resources within the business.
Have a good working knowledge of IT systems.
Be able to pick up new systems quickly.
It would be a benefit if you also have:
Account Management experience.
Content Management System (CMS) experience.

Salary & benefits
We offer a competitive salary based on experience ranging from £18,000 to £24,000.
Benefits include flexible working - both location and hours, private medical healthcare, 28 days of holiday a year, plus bank holidays, and a 35-hour working week.
