Remember those goals we talked about? We circle back here to make sure we're on the right track. We create milestones and track progress. We used to call this reporting but we call it strategic planning now because it's all about looking forward, not backward.

At least once a month, we will meet with you to review progress to date against your goals and milestones and work on our strategic plan for the week, month, quarter and year ahead. These sessions are collaborative and fun and enable us all to ensure that we are moving in the right direction.
