webdna named one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2025

We’re proud to share that, for the second year running, webdna had made the top ten in Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2025, a recognition that means so much to us. Not because of the award itself, but because of what it represents: a workplace where people feel valued, supported and proud to be part of the team.

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that employees’ feedback makes up a substantial 75% of the overall score. An independent research company gathers insights directly from staff members, capturing their authentic experiences, thoughts, and feelings. The remaining 25% reflects an in-depth evaluation of the company’s policies, practices, and staff benefits.

At webdna, we know that our people are our greatest asset. We’re a service business, which means everything we do, every strategy, every idea, every success, is powered by our team. Creating an environment where brilliant people can thrive is not just a nice-to-have; it’s essential.

We don’t introduce new benefits or make improvements just to win awards. We do it because we genuinely want this to be the best possible place to work. That has always been our focus, and we have built a culture around flexibility, trust and personal growth.

In the past year, we have taken this commitment even further by welcoming a Head of People, Suzanne, to our leadership team. A large part of her role involves working to make webdna an even better place to work, now and in the future.

Our team enjoys a range of benefits designed to support both their personal and professional wellbeing. These include flexible and remote-friendly working, a generous holiday allowance and private medical cover that includes dental and optical.

We also offer an annual training budget with coaching support and a bonus scheme with regular incentives. Alongside this, our team has access to wellbeing tools such as the Calm app, team socials and support from our Employee Assistance Programme.

We’re building a culture where everyone can do their best work, live their lives fully and feel proud of where they work. To be recognised for that is a real honour, and one we will never take for granted.

Thank you to our team for making webdna what it is today. Here’s to continuing to grow, together.

We put our people first, and happy people make great strategic partners! Why not find out more about who we are and what drives us.
