webdna welcomes Project Coordinator
It’s been a year of exciting change at webdna, from a fresh new brand identity to a new office. And, we’ve also had a flurry of recruitments with a range of newly created roles designed to not only better support you, our clients, but ensure that we continue to remain focused on our people.
First, we’re pleased to introduce Emily Devaney as our new Project Coordinator. This is a role created to ensure your enquiries continue to be handled swiftly and effectively as our business continues to grow. For many of our clients, Emily will be the first point of contact, whether you need assistance or simply want to discuss your project. She’s here to help or put you in touch with someone who can.
Emily’s role is crucial in managing small change requests that come under our Hosting and Maintenance agreements, as well as bug fixes and other day-to-day tasks. In addition, she’ll oversee client briefs, develop statements of work, and ensure the highest quality in every web development project.
Emily is keen to hear all the details about your project plans and ideas, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. With her, you can be confident that your project will meet our exacting standards, every time.
This role marks a change in career for Emily who formally managed a busy independent coffee shop in Nottingham City Centre. The role of Project Coordinator appealed to her as she was looking for a challenge and the opportunity to learn and grow in a new industry.
It became clear to us in her interview that her experience in the hospitality sector had helped her hone important skills, such as communication and problem-solving, that would make her ideally suited to both the role and webdna as a business.
In her spare time, Emily is all about staying active- at the gym, running, climbing, you name it, this boundless energy will no doubt help her keep us all in check. She also enjoys listening to records and going to gigs and she’s even spent time travelling and hiking around the world!
Right now she’s getting to grips with a variety of accounts and activities and already producing some great work. She’s especially interested in the web development part of the business having coded a little when she was younger. She also loves that every day is different.
Emily joins a rapidly growing team of experts in Craft CMS development, design and marketing. Interested in partnering with webdna? Why not read more about us?
