What You’ll Do:

As SEO Manager, you will be responsible for managing SEO strategies and implementation across multiple clients. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be the go-to SEO expert within the agency, working closely with our wider marketing, content, and development teams to ensure that SEO is at the core of our digital marketing strategies.

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-site/off-site optimisation
  • Create and execute technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain effective
  • Work directly with clients to communicate strategy, results, and opportunities for growth

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of SEO and a passion for delivering results. You should be comfortable taking ownership of SEO for multiple clients and driving continuous improvements.

  • Proven experience in a strategic SEO role, either in an agency or in-house
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, content strategy, and link building
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Great client management skills
